Operational systems for first smoothie bar concept. Ideated and developed organic menu for Test Kitchen concept - smoothie bowls, hot superfood tonics and more. Ideated and developed bottled shots and seasonal packaged food menu.

Investors then brought me back to lead the merge of Project Juice, Beaming and then Earthbar. Ideated and developed revamped menu for sucessful new flagship store in Newport Beach that became Earthbar.

Ideated and developed organic cold pressed juice, shot and superfood smoothie bowl menu. Standardized smoothie, and food menu. Kitchen design and all operational systems. Procured ingredients and equipment. Hired and trained staff. Managed production for first two months of launching the concept. Now has 4+ locations.

Lead creation of initial concept. Ideated and developed organic superfood smoothie, cold pressed juice, shot and food menu. Kitchen design and all operational systems.

When Beaming merged with Project Juice in 2019, the investors brought me back as the Head of Innovation to lead all product development and innovation. We then went on to merge with Earthbar.

Ideated and developed full product line. Sourced organic ingredients from around the world. Project managed and contributed brand messaging, design and launch - including wholesale to national juice bars.
